NEMS Call Center Hours
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday.
NEMS uses an automated telephone system which allows you to reach different departments via touch-tone phone. Please listen carefully to the menu options. If you have difficulties using the system, please press “0” or hold on to speak with a trained Call Center Representative. An interpreter is available upon request.

Prescription Refill Request
NEMS Pharmacy provides prescription management services for all NEMS patients. NEMS members can refill a prescription by calling the 24-hour automated refill phone number for your respective pharmacy below or using the online form.
