Discounted Swimming Classes for Qualified Kids at SF Chinatown YMCA
NEMS iStart Smart Program is offering subsidized swimming classes at San Francisco Chinatown YMCA for qualified kids at a discounted rate (small co-payment required)!
Qualifications:
• NEMS patients only
• Age 7-12 years old
• Must be overweight and obese. If unsure, consult with your doctor to confirm if you meet the weight requirement.
Class Duration:
Class 1: 3/9/2024 – 4/27/2024, Saturdays (8 Sessions)
Location: SF Chinatown YMCA, 855 Sacramento Street, San Francisco, CA 94108
Class 2: 3/10/2024 – 4/28/2024, Sundays (8 Sessions)
