2023 Chronic Disease Self-Management Program
NEMS Health Education Department is offering a Chronic Disease Self-Management Program at our 1520 Stockton Clinic in San Francisco’s Chinatown. There will be 6 classes throughout the program conducted in Cantonese. Topics include self-management tools, relaxation and pain management, dealing with depression and more!
